A very warm welcome to Rutherford Primary School. We are a small community school with a big heart where our tamariki/children are at the centre of everything we do. We believe that every child is a unique and capable individual. We are proudly inclusive with a strong belief that one size fits one. It is our aim for all our children to reach their potential and to experience many successes during their time at primary school.
Our vision for our entire school community is Whakamana Tahi - Empowered Together
Thanks for visiting our website. If you would like to find out more about our school, I would welcome the opportunity to meet you and show you around our wonderful school.
He waka eke noa - We’re all in the waka together
Encompasses our belief that everybody in our community has a part to play in the success of our tamariki/children. We welcome you to be part of your child’s learning journey and look forward to paddling alongside you.
We look forward to developing a strong partnership with your whānau/family during your time with us.
