ENROLMENT INFORMATION

If you would like to enrol your child at Rutherford Primary please come in and
pickup an enrolment pack.
Alternatively we can post an enrolment pack to you.

If you would like to view the school, please feel free to drop into our office
and we can arrange for you to be shown around.

Please note: The school will also need a copy of the childs birth certificate and immunisation chart.

Hearing and Vision
Waitemata District Health Board provide a free hearing and vision screening service which is offered to all children at school. When you enrol your child at school you will have the opportunity to fill in a consent form. Consent forms are available from the school office.
Dental Services
Auckland Regional Dental Services have an enrolment form available from the school office.
